I. Initial Naturopathic Consult
All naturopathic appointments are 1:1 and will be conducted online through a video call via Cliniko. With each appointment comes a deep dive into the current landscape of your health. An initial meeting requires the exploration of the presenting complaint/s, alongside associated body systems, diet, and lifestyle. Additional functional testing may be recommended for further investigation.

II. Acute Prescribing
Bothered by a minor issue? Acute prescribing is to support minor, common aliments for quick relief. Best suited to things like acute colds & flu, cough, sleep concerns, mild anxiety, and stress. A brief overview of concern and health landscape is conducted, followed by the provision of an acute prescription.

III. Connection Call
This complimentary call is a space for us to connect and explore how I can support you on your health journey. You’ll have the chance to share what you're currently experiencing or seeking help with, and I’ll explain how naturopathy works and what working together could look like. It’s a beautiful way to see if we're the right fit—no pressure, just connection.

Treatment Focus
While naturopathy focuses on — treating the whole — Rhi has a special interest in treating areas of the gut microbiome, skin health, and nervous system regulation. She draws a large amount of attention to the ‘basics’ of health: restoring digestive function, enhancing detoxification, supporting the nervous system, strengthening the microbiome, and ultimately giving her clients the space to find trust in their bodies again.
